Aqeel, Nitish, Pritila, Yeshta, and many others have made the whole experience beyond memorable. Suffice to say this was a decadent experience, but the true gems of Maradiva are the staff who work tirelessly to look after the guests as if they are their own family members visiting them. We had an absolutely amazing time in Maradiva- we were given complimentary Raj tent dining by the beach and a spa treatment for our honeymoon. There is also a lovely spa with heated pool, and gym. There are three restaurants to choose from- each exquisite in their own way and any request catered for. The beach was mere seconds away (very well-kept, never crowded with well spaced sun loungers, and helpful staff who check on your comfort and provide drinks and snacks). The villa is serviced twice a day, with turn down service.
It was a unique stay, where we had our own beautiful villa and pool, with luxurious amenities. However, Maradiva far exceed expectations of what a resort should be. There are plenty of facilities in Flic en Flac. We were a little apprehensive about staying in a resort as this isn't our usual type of preferred accommodation.
